Work in practice

The work of a consultant is varied and involves great responsibility. You work in a team on various assignments in all kinds of sectors. The work depends on the project you are working on, but varies from analyzing client or market data and making model analyzes to conducting interviews. You analyze the findings with your team to come up with answers. Eventually you present the advice to the client. Working in teams makes you constantly learn from each other.

Our teams are happy to be on location at the client. In this way we really work together with the client and come to a truly supported advice. On Fridays we work as much as possible in the office so that we do not lose sight of each other and share experiences.

A career within EY-Parthenon is based on continuous growth as a Consultant and person. You start as an Associate with learning the course. If you are powerful, you become a Consultant and gradually take on a more senior role in the teams. If you are sufficiently skilled in this, you will become a Manager and eventually a Vice President or Managing Director. The speed with which you continue to grow depends mainly on your own development. At every stage of your career you will notice that you are constantly being challenged and given a lot of responsibility.
