Hamstra & Partners was founded in 2010 and consists of a team of consultants with proven expertise in the field of remuneration and employment conditions (compensation & benefits), job evaluation, job descriptions, organizational structure in the field of HR, project and interim management, leadership effectiveness , team coaching and assessments. With this team and network around it, we can guarantee our customers continuity and quality. In our advice we always use the 'four-eyes principle' and keep each other sharp when it comes to developments in the field.

When it comes to remuneration data, job evaluation methodology (IPE) and expertise in the field of insurable employment conditions and pensions, we work together with Mercer, a Marsh & McLennan company, and global provider of advice in the areas of Health, Wealth and Career. This collaboration enables us to offer our customers a complete portfolio of HR-related advisory services.
We know our profession
The founder of Hamstra & Partners is Lianne Hamstra. She has more than 15 years experience as a management consultant and HR manager at Haygroup, EY and Mercer. As a reward expert, she regularly appears in the press.

Organizations are often unnecessarily complex. The number of rules and procedures is still increasing. Where principles should be leading, the solution is often sought in formulating (even more) rules and systems. Solve complex issues pragmatically and innovatively and simplify them where possible. That is the starting point of Hamstra & Partners and that is also what we send our consultants to. We see it as our mission to shift the emphasis from rules, procedures and systems to manageable principles, concrete and efficient solutions, and a focus on the desired effect or result.
In our projects we cooperate as much as possible with (the HR departments of) our customers, because we are convinced that this leads to better results.
