Hiemstra & De Vries was founded in 2004 by Jaring Hiemstra and Joscha de Vries, driven by their ambition to contribute to a strong government as external consultants. Over the past 19 years, Hiemstra & De Vries has grown and established a clear and solid position in the market for high-quality training and projects in the public sector.
