Riverflex

Traditional consulting wasn't built for the speed of AI. We are.

Riverflex is an intelligent transformation consultancy. We were founded in 2018 by Victor Hoong and André Azadehdel, who both left Deloitte with a shared conviction: the gap between strategic advice and real-world execution was costing organisations the most important commodity they had. Time. We were built to close that gap, by embedding alongside courageous leaders at the world's leading companies to drive change that is no longer optional, but existential. By staying accountable for outcomes, not just recommendations. And by not only talking about intelligent transformation, but delivering it.

We believe real AI transformation comes from redesigning how work gets done and finding the right blend of human and machine. We call this Refoundership. It asks leaders to look at a function the way a founder would: if we were building it from scratch, knowing what AI can do today, what would we build?

How we work:

CREATE CHANGE: We redesign organisations for an AI-enabled future: shaping strategy, restructuring operating models, and embedding hands-on coaching that turns direction into momentum.

BUILD TEAMS: We identify the talent gaps that slow transformation down and close them fast: through interim leadership, specialist hiring, and team design built around where you're actually going.

AUGMENT INTELLIGENCE: We build the agentic enterprise capabilities that define the next wave of competitive advantage: from AI tooling and workflow automation to the data foundations that make intelligent decision-making possible at scale.

Underpinning all of it: our global open-talent ecosystem, a curated network of Riverflex PROs who are genuine experts in technology, data, and change.

This allows us to handle the strategy, bring in specialists to execute it, and build AI-powered tools that accelerate every step.
