The trainings can be attended individually or organized in-company. Our in-company trainings are always tailored to your context and industry. Coaching
To further expand self-organization, we have developed several modules to enhance a team’s self-organizing ability. With our coaching, we provide direction to teams, ensure progress, intervene, and reflect without becoming part of the team. Our approach introduces structure, allowing the team to gradually move towards the desired outcome.

Transformation
Our coaches also guide the transformation to a self-managing organization. Thanks to our train-the-trainer concept, internal employees remain involved in the transformation from the beginning. Our approach offers organizations a structure in which we gradually increase the level of self-organization.
